clients and their families, to provide planning and advice to
ensure well- planned retirement years. We assist in Medicaid
planning for the constant changes and cuts in Medicaid
spending to allow the maximum benefits for our clients. We
handle general estate planning issues and counsel clients
about planning for incapacity with alternative decision making
documents. We also assist our clients and their families in
planning for possible long-term care needs, Certified by the
NAELA including nursing home care. When appropriate, we assist
our clients and their families with locating the appropriate
type of care, coordinating private and public resources to
finance the cost of care, and working to ensure our client's
right to quality care. Recognizing the mobility challenges
that sometimes face our clients, we are happy to meet with our
clients at the facility where they are receiving care or in
their home. We are fully certified by the National Academy of
Elder Law Attorneys.
